How Long Is Delivery?

Where Is My Order?
Tracking numbers and links are included in the shipping confirmation email or SMS that is sent after an order is processed & dispatched, You can use your tracking number to get updates on your order. We are unable to provide any further information apart from what tracking information shows once your order has been dispatched. In the event of tracking not updating, we will contact the courier used to dispatch your order on your behalf for updates.

How Long Will My Return Take To Be Processed?
Once we have received your return, it will be checked by our quality control team to ensure that it is in resealable condition. Once approved, you will receive an email confirming your return. This process should take no longer than 3 Business days. Fund may take up to 3-5 working days to reappear in your account balance, depending on your bank or building society.
